Access to digital technology and digital skills is necessary to participate in economic, educational, civic and cultural life. Nevertheless, too many still face barriers to participating in digital society. Understanding and addressing these barriers and how to overcome them is critical to attaining educational and economic outcomes. This session will look at a variety of methods for ascertaining the needs of the underserved, including survey techniques, community engagement and more.
